The proposed site is a under used part of North Mersey Business Centre. Currently it is a hard standing area used for overflow parking. The project is currenlty going throught the final stages of planning and will add to large industial units to the centre.
The building has been designed to match in with the architectural style of the site, mirroring buildings around it.
Commercial House Trade Counter Units
Currently in planning this project is the next unit to be built on the former waste transfer yard, that Commercial House now sits on. The new building will house two large trade counters. Clad in a mix of timber and brick similar to the surrounding buildings of North Mersey Business Centre, the building will bring the site to full capacity.
