Phase 8 Development Company was established by the Knowsley Development Trust, which has over 30 years of Business Development Experience.
In line with KDT's sustainability agenda, Phase 8 was setup to satisfy a number of key objectives, including ;
- To Promote Sustainable Construction methods for clients
- To Create a centre of Excellence for Timber Frame Building
- To provide construction partners with a bespoke service and varied product range
- To Recruit and train young people within this specialist field of construction and work with National accreditation bodies to develop the highest level of training in timber technologies
